Are the shows in English or Spanish?
Currently, all of our showcases are performed entirely in English. We feature a great mix of local ex-pat talent and international touring comics making a stop in CDMX.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Nope, save the paper. Your ticket confirmation email includes a unique QR code. Just pull it up on your phone when you arrive, and we’ll scan you right in at the door.
What is your refund policy?
We get it, things happen. If you can’t make it and need to request a refund, please reply directly to your ticket confirmation email or use our Contact page. Please include your order number and a brief reason why you’re requesting the refund so we can take in that feedback and keep improving our shows.
Will there be drinks available?
Yes! We typically offer a selection of cold beers and some wine at the venue. Occasionally, we’ll also have a special limited-release drink on offer.
How far in advance do I need to reach out to get on a show?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible! Typically, our lineups are locked in for the current month and the following month. However, this isn’t a hard rule—sometimes spots open up or we have room to shuffle things around.
